Dr. Copp has worked in the online learning and education space since 2005, across higher education, professional training, and large-scale digital learning environments.

Across these roles, she has:
- Created or supervised the creation of 500+ courses
- Led curriculum development for fully online and hybrid programs
- Evaluated learning models, instructional design approaches, and delivery systems
- Overseen faculty, instructional designers, and program teams
- Made learning and adoption decisions with real budget, compliance, and learner-impact considerations
In addition to academic leadership, Dr. Copp is the Founder & CEO of HobbyScool, a large-scale learning platform serving tens of thousands of learners.
She has also developed an AI-powered application and incorporated AI-supported learning solutions within her own organizations—evaluating tools and approaches through the lens of instructional quality, adoption, and long-term sustainability.
