AI Strategy Consulting for Learning & Development Teams

I work with L&D, HR, and training leaders to provide strategic guidance on how AI fits into onboarding, training, and enablement — helping organizations make thoughtful, informed decisions as they explore what’s next.

Request an AI Strategy Consultation

AI is showing up everywhere in learning organizations — but deciding where it actually belongs is often the hardest part.

Leaders are being asked to evaluate new tools, balance innovation with risk, and make decisions that will shape learning systems for years.

My role is to help learning leaders slow the conversation down just enough to think clearly, ask better questions, and move forward with confidence.

I provide advisory support around questions such as:

Where does AI meaningfully support learning—and where doesn’t it?

What tradeoffs should be considered before adopting new tools?

How should responsible use be approached in learning environments?

What needs to be clarified internally before moving forward?

This work is especially valuable early in the process, when clarity matters more than speed.

This consulting is a good fit for:

  • L&D and HR leaders exploring AI-related decisions
  • Training or enablement teams seeking an outside perspective
  • Organizations looking for guidance before committing resources
  • Leaders who want a thoughtful partner to pressure-test ideas

Engagements are flexible and conversation-driven.

They may include:

  • One-time or multi-session strategy consultations
  • Short advisory engagements during planning phases
  • Ongoing thought partnership as questions evolve

Each engagement is shaped around the organization’s context and goals.
